Moving-in Notification Requirements (if moving from another municipality to Miki-Town)
Notification period
Notification should be provided within 14 days after moving in to Miki-Town.
What to bring
- Moving-out certificate as issued by the municipal office of your previous address.
- Your personal stamp (seal) .
- ID (e.g. driving license, passport).
- A passport (only required when the person has moved from a foreign country)
If you have national health insurance, long term care insurance, national pension, or small children at the time of move, you are required to carry out certain procedures for each, at the designated division. Further details are available by clicking below:

- Citizen's Division, Miki Town Office
- The Kamiyama, Tanaka or Ido Branch Offices
Notifications can be made between:
08:30 to 17:15 (we regret that notifications cannot be accepted after hours: on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays)
