Notification of transfer of permanent residence
Notification period
There is no limited notification period since the transfer is not valid until notification is submitted.
What to bring
- Notification form for the transfer of permanent residence
- A copy of one's family registry (when transferring to another municipality)
- Both the personal stamp of the head of the family and that of his or her spouse

This should be the head of a family or his or her spouse

The municipal office of the current permanent residence or that of the destination residence.
Notification can be made
24-hours a day
(*Beyond regular counter hours and on days that the office is closed, notification is accepted by the night-duty staff. To carry out other procedures related to the permanent residence transfer [moving-in notification, etc.], we request that you come to the office during regular business hours.)
Note
Note that both the signature and stamp of the spouse are required when the applicant is married.
