Council organization

  A standing committee, special committee, council management committee, and council public relations and editing committee share the complicated task of efficiently examining and investigating various matters.

Council secretariat

  The council secretariat helps with the preparation and management of council sessions and committees, and carries out office work such as creating minutes and council public relations. Additionally it carries out investigations as required for council activities.
