Sewage fees
Fees (Agricultural water treatment facility fee)
To purify polluted water, various costs are incurred at the treatment plant, the pipe routing facilities and for repairs. This fee is charged in order to cover the costs of keeping water clean - it is paid monthly.
- The waterworks fee consists of a 1,000 yen basic charge (up to 10m3) and a 160 yen excess charge (for every 1m3 used beyond 10m3). Hence it is dependent on the amount of water used.
- The well-water fee consists of 1,000 yen per household and 800 yen for each family member.
- If you use both the waterworks and well-water, the fee is calculated based on well - water usage.

The fee should be paid by automatic withdrawal. When you start to use water, please carry out the appropriate procedures promptly at a financial institution.
We recognize the following financial institutions: 114 BANK, JA KAGAWAKEN, KAGAWA BANK, TAKAMATSU SHINYO KINKO and CHUGOKU BANK. Money will usually be withdrawn on the 25th of each monthy.
