When you build a new house

Generally, a "waterworks company designated by Miki-Town" will be used.Any water supply construction costs are to be paid by the user.

When you move-in, move-out, move within Miki-Town or there is a change in the name of the payer

Within 3-4 days please visit the Waterworks Division and bring your personal stamp (seal). And the necessary information noted below,

Move-in
Usage start date, address and user name

Move-out
Usage start date, address, user name, address you will move to and the last payment method

Moving within Miki-Town
Usage ending and starting dates, address, user name, address you will move to and payment method

Change of user name
The date of the change of the user name, old user name and new user name

To cut water supply

Please visit the Waterworks Division within 3-4 days before you want your water supply cut and bring your personal stamp (seal).
The cost of removal of the pipe leading to the main pipe is to be paid by the user.
Note: you lose your right to use the water supply so when you wish to use water supply in the future, a new subscription payment is required.

If you do not use the water supply for a long time

You can apply to have water charges waived if you are expecting not to use the water supply at all for a long time (1 year or more) due to your absence etc.
Please bring your seal to the Waterworks Division 3-4 days before and carry out the necessary procedures.
If you start to use the water supply within less than 1 year from the date of application due to unavoidable reasons, you will need to pay a water supply charge ("basic charge + meter usage fee") for the exempted months.
The resumption of use is available anytime after 1 or more years following application. Carry out the relevant procedures at the Waterworks Division before use.
