Transfers Between Schools
When moving into, moving out of or changing addresses within Miki-Town, and your children's school division changes as a result, you need to carry out a transfer between schools procedure.
Procedure for transferring into and moving within Miki-Town
1. Obtain the following documents from the school previously attended.
- "School certificate"
- "Changing school child (student) textbook certificate"
2. Come to the General Affairs Division, Miki Board of Education with the "School certificate."
- We will issue you a "Notification of Transfer Between Schools"
3. Submit the above three documents to the school your children will be transferred to.
Procedure for transferring out
1. Obtain the following documents from the school previously attended.
- "School certificate"
- "Changing school child (student) textbook certificate"
2. When you notify the municipal office of your new town about the move, bring the above two documents and follow the instructions.
If for any reason you believe your children will be unable to transfer to a new school smoothly, please consult with the General Affairs Division.
